Who we are
We are shopganbare.com, also accessible via ganbare.us and ganbare.store. We’re owned by Ganbare, LLC, a small business registered in the state of Michigan.
User Data
We do not allow comments, user registration, or account logins of any kind. We don’t sell anything online, and we’re not interested in collecting unnecessary data. That means no usernames, no passwords, no login info, no creepy tracking cookies.
Mailing List (MailPoet)
We use MailPoet to manage our email newsletter. By subscribing to our newsletter, you give us explicit permission to store your email address and send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you sign up for the mailing list, we collect your email address (obviously) and that’s it. MailPoet stores this securely on our behalf. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails, and your address will be removed.
MailPoet may place a cookie if you open a newsletter and click a link — this is used for basic stats like open/click rates. We don’t use that data for targeting or profiling. If you’re not on our list, this doesn’t affect you.
Embedded content from other websites
Sometimes we embed YouTube videos or other media in blog posts. These work exactly like visiting the original site. That means YouTube (or whoever) might collect data or cookies, especially if you’re logged into their services.
Who we share your data with
Nobody. We don’t sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties. The only data we collect is for our newsletter, and that stays between us and MailPoet.
How long we retain your data
If you’re on our mailing list, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, it’s deleted. That’s it.
What rights you have over your data
All of them. Want to see what data we have? Want us to delete it? Just ask. But unless you’re on the mailing list, we don’t have anything to begin with.
Where your data is sent
Newsletter signups are managed by MailPoet, which may store data on servers in the EU or U.S., depending on their infrastructure. Other than that? Nowhere.
Questions?
Reach out. We’re real people, not some faceless tech company. If you have privacy concerns, we’ll take them seriously.
